Why do we have a collaboration with Profilerings-spesialisten?

We at Trondheim Pride want the products we sell to have a focus on sustainability and ethical trade. For us, this means that the products we sell must last, be ethically produced and have a focus on delivering environmentally friendly products.

That is why we have started a collaboration with the Profiling specialist. They are members of Ethical Trade Norway, which is obliged to work for a holistic sustainability that addresses emissions, respect for animals, respect for the local environment, livable wages, and good working conditions for the employees.

In addition, they are an Environmental Lighthouse company that strives to find products that take care of environmental concerns and that all manufacturers follow laws and regulations for their employees’ working conditions. Here, many of the same conditions apply as in Ethical trading, but on a more daily level.

Flagpole flag

What are the proceeds used for?

The income from purchases goes to Trondheim Pride’s costs for organizing the festival. Trondheim Pride is run, planned and organized by volunteers, but it costs money to ensure that the events are safe, use of premises and equipment. We are one of Norway’s largest Prides, but we depend on external support to run a fast-growing festival.

Can I as an individual order via Trondheim Pride?

No Unfortunately. Right now, only companies and organizations can order through us. We are looking at solutions for this going forward. However, you can support Trondheim Pride by buying flags or other Pride products at Torvet during the festival itself. There will also be other products that you do not see on this page.
